We are actively involved in projects with defined sites, established data and ongoing progress in rare earth critical materials and gold.
Our work includes drilling programs, analytical processes and strategic interests in mineral-rich sites, with a focus on progressing viable opportunities in a measured and commercially grounded way.
Commercial Infrastructure
Wash Comm operates as an agent for leading international manufacturers, delivering the supply and construction of commercial laundry systems across Australia. Our manufacturer relationships include Carbonell of Spain, Rotondi of Italy and Oasis of China.
Our work spans equipment sourcing, site setup and installation across high-rise accommodation, aged care facilities and commercial operations, with a focus on practical, end-to-end delivery from specification through to commissioning.
Capability and Experience
Wash Comm is backed by a leadership and advisory team with deep, practical experience across engineering, operations, resource development and advanced exploration technology.
Operational and commercial experience within the business spans:
Marine engineering, including service in the Royal Australian Navy, senior operational and workplace health and safety roles within large-scale commercial environments, facility management of major resort and accommodation infrastructure and the ownership and operation of multiple businesses across accommodation, services and infrastructure.
On the resource development and technical side, the team brings extensive experience in alluvial gold extraction, mineral exploration drilling, seabed core drilling, and marine salvage operations throughout Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. This includes senior project management of large-scale mining and marine construction projects, JORC-compliant exploration programs, scintillometer and drone survey capability, and hands-on involvement in mineral processing and recovery operations across multiple jurisdictions.
This breadth of technical, operational and commercial experience is directly applied across both our infrastructure delivery and resource development work.
Current Focus
Current focus is the continued development of resource projects in Australia, with particular attention on rare earth critical materials and gold. Work is concentrated on projects with existing data and defined sites, progressing in a structured and deliberate way from research and analysis through to development readiness.
