Wash Comm is a privately owned business operating across commercial infrastructure and mining resource development.
Originally established in the commercial laundry sector, Wash Comm acts as an agent for leading international manufacturers including Carbonell (Spain), Rotondi (Italy) and Oasis (China). The business delivers sales, supply and construction of commercial laundry equipment and facilities across Australia.
Since 2015, Wash Comm has developed an active presence in mining resource development, building on its operational foundation to pursue opportunities in rare earth critical materials and gold.
Wash Comm operates with a practical, execution-focused approach. The discipline that comes from delivering complex infrastructure projects informs how we approach resource development, where the ability to execute is as important as the opportunity itself.

About Ian Ruxton
Ian Ruxton is the owner and operator of Wash Comm Australia.
He brings decades of experience across engineering, operations, facilities management and business ownership.
His career includes service in the Royal Australian Navy as a marine engineer, senior operational roles within Knight Frank, and facility management of large-scale environments including Ayers Rock Resorts.
He has built and operated multiple businesses across accommodation, services and infrastructure, and holds formal qualifications in workplace health and safety, including emergency management and fire safety systems.
Ian’s current focus is on the development of resource projects in Australia, with an emphasis on rare earth critical materials and gold.
Ian works with a network of experienced technical and commercial partners to progress this work in a measured and professionally grounded way.
